Workflow automation, built around your work.

neu Intelligence designs and builds workflow automation for businesses in Ireland and internationally. We connect the steps between your existing tools so your team spends less time copying data, chasing updates and preparing the same reports.

Bring a process with a clear trigger, a repeatable set of steps and a useful outcome. It might begin with a customer enquiry, an approved invoice or a completed session. We map the exceptions as carefully as the happy path.

Enquiry to follow-up

Capture an enquiry, create or update the customer record, notify the right person and schedule the next step. Keep the handoff visible to your team.

Scheduling and communication

Connect bookings, attendance and reminders so people have the right information without someone maintaining several separate lists.

Payments and reporting

Reconcile operational records, prepare payment summaries and send scheduled reports. Build in review points for changes that need a person’s approval.

Connected academy operations

For Smurfs FC, we built a platform connecting enrolment, attendance, fees, approvals and parent portals across more than 100 centres. The case study shows how connected records support the day-to-day operation.

A useful first release. Then build from there.

  1. Define the work

Walk through the current process with your team. Identify repeated work, exceptions, data ownership and a baseline to compare against.

  2. Build and test

Connect the agreed systems using their supported interfaces. Add validation, duplicate handling, failure notifications and human review where required.

  3. Launch and support

Test the complete workflow before rollout. Document how to monitor it, recover from a failed step and update it when the business changes.

How we work

Before you start

Does workflow automation need AI?

No. Predictable steps often work best with ordinary rules and integrations. AI can help when a step involves interpreting free-text messages or documents. We choose the approach around the task and keep important decisions reviewable.

Can we keep the tools we already use?

Often, yes. We first check the interfaces and access your tools provide. A focused integration may be enough; if the process needs a shared operational system, we can scope a custom platform instead.

How do we measure whether automation is worthwhile?

Agree a baseline before the pilot: time spent per task, manual corrections, missed follow-ups or processing delay. Compare the same measures after rollout, alongside hosting, usage and support costs.

What does an automation project cost?

Pricing depends on the number of steps and integrations, the quality of existing data and the exceptions the workflow must handle. We agree a first release and its price before building, with recurring service and support costs identified separately.
