What is the Smurfs FC academy platform?
The Smurfs FC academy platform is a single operations system for a youth football academy running 100+ training centres and 11,380 registered players. The platform replaced a spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp back office with one record per player, covering enrolment, pitch-side attendance, fees, discount approvals and a parent-facing portal.
Coaches mark attendance from any phone, and the platform queues those marks offline and syncs them when signal returns, so a session taken on a pitch with no reception still counts. Finance stays owner-only: every discount needs sign-off, and each override is logged with who approved it, when, and why. Since going live, Smurfs FC has held on-time fee collection above 95%, and the owner reconciles the whole network from one dashboard instead of 100+ separate returns. neu Intelligence designed, built and runs the platform.
