What has neu Intelligence actually shipped?
neu Intelligence has six builds live and documented, spanning three kinds of work: AI agents that do a job end to end, operations platforms that run an entire business, and AI products sold to other companies' customers.
The shipped work covers a youth football academy running 100+ centres and 11,380 players on one platform; a learning platform of 921 interactive lessons authored by agent pipelines; a WhatsApp agent that cut a tutoring business's admin load by 78%; an autonomous social media manager for convenience stores; a 38% cut in per-job inference cost for an AI research platform; and a self-hosted router putting 343+ free model endpoints behind one address. Each case study below names the client, the problem and the number that moved, and every one of the six is live rather than a pilot. The client owns the code in each case, and neu Intelligence still runs several of them.
