What has neu Intelligence actually shipped?
neu Intelligence has six builds live and documented, spanning three kinds of work: AI agents that do a job end to end, operations platforms that run an entire business, and AI products sold to other companies' customers.
The shipped work covers a youth football academy running 100+ centres and 11,380 players on one platform; a learning platform of 921 interactive lessons authored by agent pipelines; a WhatsApp agent that cut a tutoring business's admin load by 78%; an autonomous social media manager for convenience stores; a 38% cut in per-job inference cost for an AI research platform; and a self-hosted router putting 605 free models behind one address. Each case study below names the client, the problem and the number that moved, and every one of the six is live rather than a pilot. The client owns the code in each case, and neu Intelligence still runs several of them.
