AI agent development, built around your work.

neu Intelligence builds custom AI agents for businesses in Ireland and internationally. We connect the agent to your approved data and tools so it can handle a defined job: answer an enquiry, update a record, prepare a report or coordinate a booking.

Start with a recurring task that needs to interpret messages or documents as well as take action. We agree what the agent can do, what needs approval and when it should hand over to a person.

Enquiries and bookings

Answer questions using your business information, collect the details you need and move an enquiry towards a booking. Pass exceptions to your team.

Operations assistants

Let staff record attendance, check a payment status or request a report through a familiar conversation, with access limited to their role.

Research and reporting

Collect information from agreed sources, prepare a structured summary and deliver it to the people who need it. Keep source material available for review.

  • WhatsApp

An AI agent managing tutoring schedules, lessons and payments.

Logs attendance and lesson notes from a WhatsApp message.

Case study 1 of 2

A useful first release. Then build from there.

  1. Define the work

Map one job, its data sources and the systems the agent needs to use. Define permissions, success checks and human handoffs before building.

  2. Build and test

Build a working pilot and test it against representative tasks, missing information and failure cases. Review the results with the people doing the work.

  3. Launch and support

Roll out the agreed workflow with documentation. Choose ongoing monitoring and improvements, or a handover to your own team.

How we work

Before you start

How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot can answer a question. An agent can also use approved tools to carry out a task, such as checking availability or recording a session. The useful distinction is the work it completes and the permissions it has, rather than the label.

Can you connect an agent to our existing software?

We assess the APIs, permissions and data available in your existing systems during scoping. The agreed integrations become part of the proposal. Where a system cannot support reliable access, we explain the limitation before committing to the build.

How much does a custom AI agent cost?

The scope depends on the workflow, integrations, data preparation and level of testing. A free 30-minute review helps us define a useful first release. Build pricing, model usage, hosting and any ongoing support are agreed before work starts.

Who owns the agent and controls its actions?

You own the custom code and your data. We agree the actions the agent may take, approval steps and access controls with your team. Third-party services retain their own licences and usage charges.

Bring us the work you want to improve.

Start with a free 30-minute conversation. We’ll look at the task, the tools you use and a practical first step.
